Ne'Zul

One of the characters of my sci-fi story in progress. Ne'Zul (pronounced Neh-Zool) is the hardened warrior princess of the Pyrahks, a heat-tolerant alien race and rivals of the Psykronians, the race the main character, Lahdney, belongs to.

Ne'Zul is cynical, tough, and approaches situations with a no-nonsense and often ruthless attitude. Ne'Zul takes pride in her warrior heritage, taking out her full aggression on her enemies. Indeed, she is considered one of the most elite warriors in the Pyrahk army. Outside the battlefield, however, Ne'Zul is more often than not calculating and serious. Despite this, she has a violent temper; she will lash out at anyone who provokes or antagonizes her. She also tends to be distrustful of people who get in her personal space, and she simply glares unfazed at virtually anyone/anything to scare or intimidate her. Beneath her stoic exterior, however, Ne'Zul suffers from a degree of emotional insecurity. Her father, Rau'Zul, wanted a son; Ne'Zul frequently feels inadequate in her father's eyes.

Like typical Pyrahks, Ne'Zul is tolerant of extreme heat. She is naturally capable of generating and manipulating fire, but like other Pyrahks, she can also use technology harnessing solar power in the form of beams, force fields, etc. She can fly and fight for long periods of time. She has above-above strength, agility, and stamina, and she can heal 2x as fast as humans (10x in direct sunlight). She's immune to cosmic and nuclear radiation. She can also survive for months with little to no water. However, she is sensitive to temperatures below 70°F.
